When we first opened the door and walked in I almost slipped on the Sandy floor, very out dated and dirty to the touch, AC didn't work well during the day but at night it was ok. Needs lots of TLC.

To start off, some reviews scared me after we booked. But the place was wonderful. Nothing fancy and not 5star quality, but it very cute and comfy. We came here for our 4th wedding anniversary. David, the property manager was very nice and welcoming. We got to take chairs, sand toys, pool floats down to the beach which was only a short walk away. There was also scooters to rent to ride the island on. The whole weekend was a blast. Take a chance a stay here, you will enjoy.

What a great old-school Florida motel. We will be staying here every time we go to Tampa. Rooms were clean, within walking distance to anything we wanted including the beach.
