Mid-week late dinner and they were open. Waitress was positive and upbeat. She gave suggestions when asked and she was spot on. It was late, we were tired and we didn't take many photos.

On the ground level, yes. There is a bar there, a hostess station and wait staff. They bring water for your pup, if you want it, and will prepare food like chicken breast. So, yes, very dog friendly.

It's open air throughout with ceiling fans going (there's no walls). When I went they seated us at a railing so we were technically outside as well. There were signs guiding social distancing. Staff was masked.
