I went to grab some food before a show. The show was beginning and I was about to cancel. The bartender was ADAMANT that we could take food into the theater. We had to throw the food in the trash. I called for a refund and they continued to tell me they would handle it the next day. For 3 days it was not resolved. They said they did not have the transaction, they took down the wrong email address and the manager Erin proceeded to hang up on me. This place has ignorant employees and should be more aware before they give incorrect information. I will not be back here. Expensive and trash customer service when you need something resolved.

Beer was excellent, but still only 3 stars cause they didn’t have cheese plates available on a Saturday night (??) and the $15 chicken sandwich was very mediocre.

I really liked it. Great beer, good food, and a cool outdoor area that you can sit on on nice days. Only issue I had was with the ordering system. Sometimes when you do all the ordering with your phone, something you ordered gets forgotten about until you remind people. Not enough to really affect my experience there though, I really liked it.
