My very first visit here with Dr Vincent Carbone I didn't get a bad impression of him but the second visit was over the phone and he was so rude! I started the conversation saying I had multiple concerns. There were some new developments, and old ones that I didn't get a chance to tell him during my first visit. He brushed everything I said off as nothing, when I have all these issues, and blood test revealed my inflammatory markers are high. He tried to rush me off the phone after 10 minutes, and said he didn't have all the time in the world and we've already addressed 3 concerns, and he has other patients. I told him he was being rude, and showing lack of compassion and care, and I got off the phone. Never again! I knew that a lot of unity doctors were trash, but was hoping I could find a decent one because they are close. He didn't know that I'm aware that of how billing works and they can't bill your insurance for everything if you address concerns all in one appointment, that's why they try to break up the appointments, and have you come back in. And if y'all don't know most of these unity doctors are only there to reap the benefits of being under an umbrella like unity. One of the perks??? Getting debt removed! And one of the receptionists there upstairsis...Garbage too and acts like she has no home training, and no professionalism at all. I'm done with unity!

It’s a old lady who wears glasses on the 3rd floor that works at this location , she usually sits at the window booth closet to the door that takes you back into the rooms to be seen by your doctor , SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE !!! I’ve sat and watched her on multiple occasions let the phone ring!!! It’s frustrating when you are trying to reach the facility for help , again she’s a older black woman with glasses and she just allows the phones to ring , I’ve even seen her turn the volume down! She needs to be removed.

The nurses and midwife are amazing I love the professionalism and kindness.... but there's a young lady at the front desk on the second floor she's brownskin , boney joint that always has an attitude with me I don't understand if you don't like your job then you shouldn't be there but everything is amazing and the building always smells and looks nice
