The staff is amazing. They helped out in two instances for free, once to change the bike seat and the other time to change the pedals

They made minor repairs to my bike twice for free which was awesome. The guys who work there (as of writing) are good natured and fun to talk to. Cheaper helmets than the trek next door ($50) Very satisfied with my experience here

I would like to preface this by saying I have worked in retail sales for years, and I am used to dealing with customers and the public. I must say this is the worst service I have ever experienced as a customer in a bike shop. I brought a newly purchased vintage bike to have a flat repaired, and to have general service and a partial restoration- with the intent of spending a decent sum of money. The salesman in the front of the shop was--from the beginning--very abrupt and condescending. He hurried me through to get the tires and tubes changed but said they wouldn't be able to do additional work until next week. Unfortunately after having the work done, the tires were again flat after only a 20 minute ride. I learned from a competitor bike shop that the flats were due to improper installation. Upon returning to Bike Pro Shop and asking the salesman if there was anything they could offer in terms of compensation, seeing as though the bike had two flats after only being ridden for such a short time, the salesman tried to place the blame on me by saying "I could have run over a nail." Only after much back-and-forth and having to go so far as threaten getting in contact with the Better Business Bureau was the salesman able to contact his manager to find a solution to the problem. The salesman then processed the refund improperly, thus charging my account instead of crediting my account. When I returned and politely approached the salesman about the mistake and asked for a refund he was very rude. I told him that at least an apology for the mistake and the trouble would be in order, and he merely shook his head and rolled his eyes. I was appalled. I will never bring my business to this shop again, and will suggest to all of my friends and contacts to do the same.

Fast, friendly, educational, reasonably priced. Had a blown tire, got it fixed in less than 10 minutes, told me they'd waive labor if it fails. Best experience I've had at a bike shop so far. Employee was under Alex's supervision. Keep up the great work and awesome hiring decisions 👌

No. This is just a bicycle shop
They take appointments and walk-ins currently. But they only allow one or two customers in the shop at a time.
I didn't see BMX, just Specialized and Cannondale. They can order, I'm sure.
