It took too long, I was waiting for more than three hours and in the end when they attended me I had to leave and I couldn't finish my consultation. The good thing is that the next day the doctor called to give me the medical evaluation.

I received excellent care. The wait was a little long, but there were so many sick people and walk ins. They really are professional and caring!

This location was organized and very professional. The staff were very respectful and courteous. The doctor took time to explain what was going on in a language I could understand. I didn’t wait forever because there was an option to reserve a spot. I highly recommend MedStar Urgent Care.

It is best to keep calling until someone answers because I am not sure if they check the voicemail, or you can go in person.
Yes, but if you have a serious injury and are bleeding, don't go here. I've been sitting here 40 minutes and have bled through 4 paper towels now from a gash on my knee.
I reserved a spot but I still had a 2 wait once I got there
MedStar PromptCare participates with most major health insurance plans. Our locations in the D.C. area do accept AmeriHealth.

I would call first to see if the do MRI's at that location. Most cases like Mri or cat scan is referred to a hospital. But call and check before going
They just are. I hate going there for that reason. The only thing you can do is make an appointment.
Not at this location, but the one located 1133 21st St NW, Lafayette Centee has a Lab Corp on the 1st floor of Bldg C of Medstar you check in w/docs for blood work
My cousin went for chest congestion and an xray was ordered and done at Capitol Hill facility
