Allowed us to bring our dog on the patio. Food and prices were decent, one hostess was sweet and one was bad and did not even try to explain the type of meals we asked about!

This is one of our go to neighborhood pizza places. Great atmosphere, delicious pizza, and they have a good selection of beers on tap. I can't speak for the other menu items, which look great because pizza is the reason we come here. The sauce is saltier than Plank's cafe on Parsons. We prefer the saltier over sweet. The service is good, and the outdoor patio as well as the enclosed area with the roll up windows are great when the weather is nice. I highly recommend Plank's Bier Garten.

I love planks! Had a great Reuben and German potato salad. They have outside seating which was perfect on the day we went. It's all shaded but it's open to the fresh air.
