Depends on the store manager, make up that is opened can not be resold, so Walmart has to eat the cost. If you have a decent store manager running the place they will probably do it anyway, if the store manager is strict or a jerk no they wont. Walmart policy is grey in the area

Wal-Mart has taken gently used makeup back before as long as it is within 90 days and you have the original receipt.
