I came in to this location around 2pm for a free diagnostic and a big screen repair. By 5pm, they texted me letting me know my repair was done and ready to be picked up! Very quick and efficient! Not only did they repair my screen but they gave me a new battery and fixed the casing to my phone as part of the original cost. They were the most reasonably priced and by far the most highly rated in my area. Also the customer service was very welcoming and fun! Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I only dealt with the gentleman at the front desk. He was upbeat, knowledgeable, and very personable. Seemed to really love his job. Took my phone up there with a cracked screen, their prices were comparable to other repair facilities but their work comes with a 90 day warranty. They had my phone fixed and returned to me within about 2 hours?

Owner/manager has zero integrity, do not trust them. TLDR: Owner/manager is very rude with no integrity. They take your item and lose it then give you a big "screw you" attitude when you ask them for help. It's either intentional malice or incompetence. I dropped off an Amazon trade-in at this location back in December 2021. At the time they claimed the "internet was down" so they wrote down my trade-in order # on a piece of paper and took my device. Come February 2022 Amazon notifies me they never received the trade-in and therefore charged me back for it. I visit uBreakiFix to get this resolved as they are the last party to accept responsibility for my item. The manager (probably owner), refuses any responsibility. He claims they can't look up my trade-in status because the "website is down" this time. Apparently, I visited their business the two times the website "doesn't work". Not only is this highly suspicious, but if it doesn't work, why are they accepting trade-ins at all? Manager absolutely refused to offer any assistance. No tracking number for the package they supposedly shipped, no receipt that they actually entered my item in the amazon system, nothing. He finally said he would "send an email" to amazon about it to get me out of the store and then rudely turned away and walked right back to his hiding place in the back of the store, completely ignoring me. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!
