We have rented our vacation condos three times at "On the Sand" rentals. We love it there! We're going back this year!

On the sand is the greatest rental management company I have ever worked with. They offered immediate assistance whenever needed and constant communication. From the start of our trip they got back to us during Saturday non-normal hours, they worked with us to fix payment method issues, they listened to our needs and they accommodated our inquiries and requests instantly. They are a premier absolutely superb rental company. I would seek out properties managed by them to rent in the future it was such a fantastic experience.

We discovered North Coast Village last year and just loved it, but weren’t thrilled about the unit we rented. This year we came back but to a different unit. The unit is tastefully decorated, clean and well stocked and maintained. Blinds have been an issue on a previous rental of a different unit with on-the-sand. We were so delighted to discover upon our arrival new blinds being installed on the doorwall. Once we were settled in and ready to relax on the patio, we discovered an umbrella stand but no umbrella. We notified on-the-sand and had an umbrella before the end of the day. Our first two nights, sleeping was not so great. It turns out that the standard linen set does not include a fitted sheet, rather it’s a flat sheet on the bottom and a flat sheet on top. Unfortunately, the flat sheet on the bottom was not sufficient in size to be tucked in under the mattress therefore, it would bunch up with the slightest of movement. After contacting on-the-sand we had a fitted sheet two days later. So we had a few issues, which is understandable, however these issues were promptly addressed and resolved. Kudos to on-the-sands and the owner of the unit. Also, we were very pleased with a customer service enhancement for this year. We were provided with text message contact info which facilitated in communications and prompt replies.

We rented F110 Sea Pointe at the end of November. The minute we opened the door we were hit with a strong musty mildewy smell. We opened the windows and turned on the ceiling fans, but the smell was still strong the next day. Everything in the condo smelled: the furniture, the dresser, the kitchen cabinets as well as the dishes. We contacted the office to see if we could switch condos, but we’re told that was not something they do, did we think there was a leak in the condo (????) To make a long story short, I ended up getting very sick and my husband and I did not have the energy to deal with a battle. We kept the windows open and the fans going all the time, but the smell never dissipated. The condo itself was old, dated and dirty. The furniture was broken, ripped and worn. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and tile. When we got back home I reached out to the management company to see if anything could be done compensate us for our inconveniences. After numerous emails, one of the owners of the management company, Mark Warr, contacted me. He was very condescending and dismissive, basically saying I rented a cheap condo, and normal wear and tear should be expected. This was not normal wear and tear. Ripped, dirty furniture and a moldy bathroom should not be the norm. It was not the most expensive condo, but definitely wasn’t cheap. It has been two months since I responded to Mark’s email and have yet to hear back from him. After reading some reviews on Yelp, as bad as our experience was, there appeared to be others that were much worse. My advice - rent from Airbnb. They would never rent anything in this condition and are very quick and eager to resolve issues.

Hi Beverly, Thanks for inquiring. It's hard to give you an exact answer because pricing varies so much from condo to condo depending on the time of the year. The most expensive time is end of June - beginning of August. I would recommend visiting our website or giving us a call and we can go through different possibilities with you. We do have two one-bedroom condos that have two queens in the bedroom (A221 & F110). We have many two-bedroom condos with multiple sleeping configurations as well
Thank you so much for the explanation. We have a family of 27 of us coming in July. we stayed there once before and loved it!!
They are open now! We usually keep a year out on the calendar.
Not sure. Check website.
