Each year there is a sand replenishment program that occurs where the sand that collects in the harbor entrance is pumped back on to the beach. This ensures that our beaches remain beautiful and sandy and that boats can come and go from the harbor. That's what the pictures were referring to from 2017. This process just occurred for this current year 2019 and the beach is in great condition.
The grounds are immaculate. All well kept. The condo you pick though depends on how well the owners keep it up. I would check the photos first before you book. There are some that need some work, while others are really nice
