Booked a Room for 7/28/2022 to 7/29/2022 Room 221 just over the lobby. I checked out immediately after booking. The hotel staff told me I could not have a refund, Despite the room smelling like urine. Mysterious red stains on the carpet, a hole cut in the mattress( most likely to hide something.) and just over all being a disguising hotel room. The hotel desk called the manager while rolling eyes stating " the room is not up to my standards." It is of note I was not being difficult, and had already booked at the comfort inn for the same price (clean nice room). I simply wanted to cancel and my money back. I would Run from this place if you are looking. Cheap does not equal value in this case.

Low key Nice! still smells of old stale cigarette smoke All rooms inside are smoke free period that includes cannabis it's $250 fee if caught has designated smoke balconies that are very nice. Stayed in a family suite It was a two bedroom very lovely Right next to the ocean crossed from Camp Pendleton the harbor Denny's gas station in and out convenient liquor stores Great location for a great price!!

Roaches were everywhere, dust all over walls look like room hadn't been cleaned in months. Bathroom door would not close so no privacy when using toilet or showering. Food from previous guest left in fridge. Clearly housekeeping is an issue. Only positive was the front office staff was nice. I paid for 3 day weekend but left after 1 day to find another hotel. No refund, just money lost.

Positive: The front desk girl is pretty nice. And the location is cool since it¿s close to the beach Negative: They didn¿t have the room clean at all from finding some mold in the freezer to the microwave smelling and looking nasty to my special need child finding a blade on the floor in plain view! The assistant manager is super rude! Last time I come here!
