Are there kitchenettes in all room? Also, we need a first floor room as we are both disabled. We have one service animal, a cat, for my physically disabled adult daughter. Please email me back soon as we would like to book 29 days in March. Lynda

Sorry your disabled. This is a good, old school Inn. Ive stayed at least 5 times. The harber is breath taking.

No kitchenette. Rooms are dingy and old. Even first floor has a few steps you have to go up and down. Do not recommend. Oceanside Harbor Marina Inn Suites (yes I know the names are similar, but 2 diff places) is a lot nicer and are basically like apartments. We had a full kitchen, 2 bedroom ocean view for around 100/night. They have many first floor suites and allow all service animals. Hope you have a blast! Maybe we will run into each other down there, that's around when we plan to head down!!
