Spoke To Owner About This Whole Situation, Hopefully Something Gets Done About This, That Is Not Okay !!

Drove all the way from Childress Texas and they told me they would take cloths in bags and it 5:07 and they told me they wouldn’t take cloths after 5 and their was only 20-30 pairs of baby cloths basically brand new cloths and I work all the time this was a waste of a trip and day off better off donating a goodwill

Whoever has been doing the pricing lately is going to lose this store a lot of business. Used 5T and 6 Cat & Jack shirts shouldn’t be priced for $5. I can get them brand new for that! I understand that inflation is affecting everything, but you can’t price used items for the price of brand new items and expect people to buy them.

Rude! First the store is dirty, parking lot is a mess, clothes are not “like new” they are yard sale worthy! Second I called and asked about what days they buy and the lady on the phone was short w me and didn’t even answer the phone w the store name. She kept trying to end the conversation before I was done asking questions!
