Positive: The hotel was perfect. The Staff were extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was really enjoyable on both days. I appreciate the great service I received for an affordable price.

Loved my stay!! All the employees are wonderful and kind!! Rooms are clean, large and comfortable Breakfast was delish! Especially the Texas shaped waffles! Highly recommend!!

The room was ok. Supposedly non-smoking rooms. But as soon as you get to the second floor the smell of cigarette smoke and weed hits you. Thank goodness we really couldn't sell it in the room or I would had left.

My wife went out the first morning after we arrived to get some personal products from the pharmacy before she realized that she did not have her wallet so she returned to the hotel and found that her room key did not work. When she requested a replacement, she was told by Terry that she would not be permitted into the room without an ID. She explained she did not have her wallet and he again stated that she would not be given access to the room. Frustrated she said well, I guess I'll have to wake up my husband and proceeded to the room to knock on the door and wake me up and gain access. Not only did Terry refuse my wife any options for reentry, he did not bother to call the room and see if my wife was downstairs. Instead, Terry decided that he would have us removed from the hotel and called the cops to our room. The Lake Worth police arrived, woke us up AGAIN and left quickly given there had been no violations of law or hotel policy. At that time (now 4:30 AM!) I returned to the lobby to get a replacement key for my wife and was told that it WOULD NOT be provided until the next shift... Terry just was not willing to give me one. My wife is a Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin and has stayed at hotels around the world - never has she had a more disrespectful experience. In addition to her business travel, we take many trips and stay at lots of hotels and we have never before been treated in this way. Furthermore, the owner, Mr. Patel, while apologetic has not take action to address this issue. and I STRONGLY recommend finding another place to spend your money.
