After 10 minutes of waiting for our server to acknowledge our table - we were in the bar area - and watching the wait staff shoot the breeze, we left. If it takes longer than 10 minutes for a server to stop by, how long will it take to actually get served? We love Chili's but will male certain to never visit here again.

Service was ok but not the best. The question was like water and had a weird twang to it. There reasoning was it was a fresh batch. I don't think so. My wife and daughters food was great. I got chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It sat under a heat lamp so long my gravy soaked in and dried up. They put fresh gravy on it and sent it out. They did offer to remake but I opted out. The way I look at if you are willing to send food out looking like that then there is no telling what would happen if I sent it back.

We stopped by Chili's for lunch on a Saturday around noon. The restaurant was mostly empty, so we were expecting pretty quick service. Unfortunately that was not the case. We were sat in the bar area and our drink orders were taken relatively quickly, but that's where the good service ended. The menu is drastically cut down and many of the "classic" menu items, like chicken crispers, aren't even close to the original recipes anymore. Really disappointing to see how far Chili's has fallen, very on par with Applebee's. Our food took almost 30mins and was brought out like warm. Also noticed towards the end of our meal that the burger we ordered was missing some of the toppings, like Avocado, but it wasn't even worth mentioning at that point. If you're looking for that classic Chili's nostalgia, that's long gone. The limited menu isn't great and the overall service is subpar.

The host nearly ruined my entire birthday meal today with his attitude. The food was good, the waitress and others helping her were nice, and there was a manager who seemed to realize something was amiss because she stepped in and made sure we got a table after the host seated 2 other tables with similar party sizes that came in after us. I really liked that the host boy with dark blonde hair and glasses sneered at my toddler who after waiting that long to be seated had a brief little moment where he laid on the floor (quietly mind you, not even a tantrum), after being rather civilized the entire wait. I really can't stress enough how annoyed I was with the poor service provided by that host. He should not be working there when he's the first encounter and is acting that snobby and doesn't even seem to care to seat tables properly.
