Brought my car in for a basic oil change. They needed to order an oil filter, so I came back the next week. When I got back, I was one of the only customers there (maybe one other), and Philip greeted me after a couple minutes. He walked up to my car window and said nothing. I was waiting for at least some kind of “hello” or “how can we help you.” I realized I had interrupted his powwow with his coworkers, and he seemed annoyed that I drove up. We had a short conversation about how he has no idea where the ordered part was and the only person that might know wasn’t there. He said I could wait for that person to come back if I wanted to. I really felt like an unwanted customer. It was the land of “no” with no real solution offered. I’ve had good experiences in the past with Kwik Kar, but I don’t recommend this location. There are several good options in the immediate area.

Paid for a complete oil change and they only empty my oil but did not change my oil filter. From the beginning they looked confused. So I knew something was wrong. As soon as I left I checked for myself and old oil filter was still there. Had to turn back around and let them know. They did nothing to compensate me or even apologize for the mistake. I will not recommend this place to anyone. That's the reason these places have such a bad reputation
