I bought $112 worth of clothes, I didn’t have time to try them on so I brought everything I didn’t want back within 30 days (per their policy) and my original receipt. They said they could not process my return because they couldn’t read all numbers on the receipt. And told me I could only get $88 in store credit. And the young girl tried to tell me it was past 30 days when it had the date printed on the receipt. She would not communicate with me what she was doing and I told her I didn’t want store credit. I would like someone to contact me about this particular experience.

Don’t think I’ve ever gone to a Ross where the cashier makes you and all customers in line remove all the hangers from clothes before they will tend to you.
