Have always liked Dominoes...but I have to say the cost and $5.00 delivery charge and Tip percentages are enough to make me stop buying from Dominoes. on top of over 30 minute wait. I remember when you used to get it free if they didnt get it there within 30 minutes

I stayed on the phone for atleast 45 minutes ordering and the girl called off my address and phone# atleast 4 times. I gave her all my info. incl my bank card and she thanked me after she said everything was o.k. but told me to hold on for something. The store picked up the call and told me no order had come thru. Now what???? Never using Dominoes again Just can't talk th o anyone anymore, gotta go through a call center. Plus just sending a stupid response that they didn't want the customers to have aa bad experience isn't good enough unless they make it up to you. I spoke to some grouchy woman at the store.

This was the most disappointing pizza I have ever had and the manager should be HIGHLY ashamed that one of his team members put this product together. I ordered a 10 inch gluten free (medical, not trendy choice with four toppings, one being extra mushrooms that we paid for. It contained six mushroom pieces; one for each slice and we paid for extra mushrooms, which means it should almost be drowning in mushrooms. There was 8 pepperoni, FOUR pieces of pineapple and a few black olives. A few bites in we realized it had zero onions on it….a topping we paid for. Someone needs to own this poorly made, burned pizza that cost $15. It was so burnt and tough, that I had to scrape the toppings off and eat them. I know it’s tough to find good help, but the manager on duty should at least take a glance, and coach his team, on the expectations. Order date was January 28 and order time was 6 pm. Domino’s of Lake Worth, you are a 100% disappointment. UPDATE: the very same day I entered this review, I received a response to email for action. I did email and NOTHING, after several days of waiting. Again, the customer service is horrible. Below you can see the canned response I got and it’s also visible on other poor reviews. Anyone can copy and paste but a good Manager/Owner would actually reply. I am curious if anyone else got a sincere and responsible reply to their negative review.

I tried doing a phone in order, after 10 minutes, I placed my order online while still waiting on them to answer the phone. I ordered two medium pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. (Shouldn't that get me 1 free dipping sauce? ...Nope .50! I continued to hold for two reasons: 1) I forgot to change one of my pizzas to thin crust and 2) I wanted to know how long they were going to leave me on their message about someone will be with you shortly. Guess what?!? at 50 minutes and 15-20 seconds their recording says: Goodbye and nothing, no music, no recording, no disconnect (yes, my timer was still going) I hung up and called right back. The second call I ended when my pizza was here! It was 16 minutes and 8 seconds. So for an hour this Dominoes had their phone receiver off the hook so they wouldn't have to hear it ring. I know this because I have been standing in their lobby while I was waiting on them to answer and it wasn't ringing inside. They move a receiver slightly to one side or the other to make it appear like it is hung up properly and no one notices! Any way, at 5:13pm Debra started preparing my order. At 5:26pm my pizza went into the oven. At 5:32 pm Debra began quality checking my order. At 5:55pm Martin called me to verify he was at the right house with my pizza! Hmm, it hasn't been switched to out for delivery yet. It is 6:16pm and according to their tracker my pizza is still at the store.
