Hi I would think the best place would be 71 O St NW it's by their main building which is on 60 O St NW. Not sure if they do food but u can definitely go there and ask. You wouldn't pick it up from that place. That place is for elderly, disabled & substance abuse for living. You probably want to go to bed for the city which is a few doors down from that place.
