Jubilee builds what they call Justice Housing - low-income apartments for households making 30% and 60% less than AMI. The rent is never more than 30% of your income, so it's very affordable. The only problem is that, like everyone else, they have a wait list. If you're interested, you should go to their office and ask about an application.
Potentially! Call the front office, they occasionally have units available where you only have to pay 30% of yiur income for rent - whatever it is.
