Covid-19 has done NOTHING but made the worker’s for this agency LAZIER. I reached out to file a complaint with the inspection department on 8/30 and did a follow up email w/pics on 9/09. Mr. Waller returned my call and told me that he was going to email the supervisor in the inspection’s department w/my pics. Tagged in the email are Jasmine Moody, Ty Gary, Nikki Russell and Vanessa Diggs. I haven’t heard from NONE OF THEM! My ceiling fell in and is leaking, I have NO gas or hot water. I’m unable to cook for my family, having to buy food outside EVERY DAY and we have to shower in cold freezing water. It’s so RIDICULOUS and SAD how DC Housing Authority the ONLY agency Gov’t is paying worker’s to sit home and they’re NOT WORKING! The mayor need to help and hold Housing accountable for not doing their job. Fire those that are not doing the work they’re paid to do and remove the Director for NOT staying on top of these supervisors so they can make sure staff is WORKING! All it’s going to do is make thing’s WORSE and fall behind. WHERE/WHO can WE go for and turn to receive the HELP NEEDED?

They probably found out you know how to work the system and once you get on one of them you will be on it for the rest of our life .like so many others who are working the system if they didn't have so many on long term they could help more short term people virginia needs to do a sweep and get rid of the criminals and long termers
Yes they can charge you , you have to do incident reports with them housing and report it police to get it done free also tee police its the 3rd time it happened if you don't get anywhere call housing and report the person you made the report with they will take action and you wont be harassed either good luck
