Very disappointed 😔. Lack of communication and being informed of the rapid change of Counselors. Only been in program for 1 year and find out 1st counselor left by calling because could not get in contact with her. Since original counselor left I have had nothing but problems. Tuition not being paid and Monthly housing allowance coming in partial payments. I am a full time student. Takes days to get a reply back via email. Phone calls do not get returned. How is doing your job difficult?! VR&E

I never been to the capital regional office but I can tell you from my experience that NONE OF THE REGIONAL MEMBERS HAVE ENOUGH SENSE TO DRIVE HOME BY THIERSELF. sorry to say THE English language is not in thier format it must come space. I've had to many excuses and run arounds until it's a shame to be a Veteran.
