Had an 8:30am appointment with cardiology. Arrived at 7:50. Was seen at 8:15 Left at 9:00. People were nice, straight to the point, and I didn't have any issues with anybody.

I had a tremble experience at this location. I had an appointment to see Dr. Kennedy. I had a accident and was injured. Despite my injuries I proceeded to get to my appointment.The doctor refused to see me b/c I was late. The staff suggested he would contact me via phone. that never happened. The front desk personnel suggested that I travel to urgent care. No personal interest in helping me with my injuries. I asked one of the staff to get me gauze to stop the bleeding. This is not the place for customr service.
