I’ve given up calling this location. By the time I actually get to a hold for a person I could’ve left my house and walked in. I’m pretty sure there are dolphins who are more helpful than the receptionists. There is one good one and the rest are useless. Dr. Egbe and the phlebotomist were awesome. I just wish I didn’t have to deal with people who didn’t know how to do their jobs or didn’t want to do them

I came here about a week ago for severe sore throat and coughing with significant amounts of green Phelgem, I waited over a week and tested for covid about 3 times. Finally I decided to go in and see a doctor because I was starting to think it might not be viral. Even when I had actual covid I only felt sick for about two or three days. Well they said what I thought they would. Might be viral. My rapid strep came negative. Id just have to wait and see but to come back if my symptoms get worse or change. Two or three days later I'm feeling worse and developing sinus symptoms so I go back in and even after explaining to the front desk, some older white male doctor with mid length gray hair basically refused to even see me. Said I'd have to wait for the culture. They called me the next day or so, but when I called back they were like oh were still waiting. Finally over a week later they finally come back and say, you have strep. I use them because the wait times aren't bad at all, but slowly they have been jacking up my copay, and not even considering the possibility that I know my body well enough to see when something is really wrong. When I asked about my copay last time they reduced it from 60 to 35 and then imediataly hit me wit a 25 dollar bill. This time they gave me some excuse about how it's higher because they aren't a primary care doctor, even though it's literally in their name. Medstar still only charges 35 though. So what's up with that. Combined with the fact that they dont even act like they want you there, and won't listen to you, I think the two hour wait time for other immediate care doctors is well worth the wait. I could go on and on about other issues I have with this place, but ill end it here. Tldr, to expensive, Don't seem to care about you, automatically discount anything you suggest might be wrong, act rude, waste of time. Would give zero stars if that was possible. I see why their wait times are so low and medstar's are much higher.

Do NOT go to this clinic. I went to have a COVID PCR test and other testing done. They sent my swabs (allegedly) to LabCorp. I began receiving emails from LabCorp saying the tests couldn’t be completed because specimens weren’t received. I called the clinic multiple times (including long hold times) and I was repeatedly told that LabCorp was merely running behind. No one could explain to me why LabCorp, if running behind, would take the time to generate those reports. After a week of being out of work because I was unable to get a PCR test result, the clinic finally agreed that the tests couldn’t be completed and the tests were, therefore, cancelled. SO I was billed to see a “doctor,” and have labs done but no labs were done and I have no answers as to what caused my illness or when I am safe to return to work. This clinic is extremely unprofessional and spent days telling me incorrect information.

The Covid testing times 12-2, does that include Saturday/Sunday?

Yes, they told us that all appointments for respiratory issues are during that time. You can't go another time, which is difficult. But that does include weekend days
