Hi I would think the best place would be 71 O St NW it's by their main building which is on 60 O St NW. Not sure if they do food but u can definitely go there and ask. U can also receive clothing from there as well. Oh also here's the main number just in case u don't have it: 202-797-8806. Many blessings hope this helps.
