It really depends on the unit you get. They have a apt that has it's own garage so in that case yes it's part of the rent I believe. Otherwise a garage and covered parking is extra, they also have uncovered parking too. Hope that helps.

The main building has a parking garage with covered and uncovered parking. The first car in uncovered parking is $25 a month. I think covered is $50
