The main concerns is lack of security and privacy. Anyone can enter this building without the need of a fob key. The main entrance to the residency is always unlocked and so is the pool. There have been robberies and non-residents entering the building often. Another issue with the pool is that it has been closed for months without any concern for the residents that pay for it. Now that it is open, management stated that you need a fob key and Wristbands to enter/exit the pool. This is FALSE. People from neighboring buildings enter the pool all the time because there is no lock! Not in the pool gate nor in the lounge area. I have literally seen people walk from other buildings to and from the pool. This has been an issue before the pool closure and now that it is open once again like others have mentioned. Not only was I paying for a pool that was closed for half the year, I am also paying for strangers to use it. Like I said, no security whatsoever. In addition our rents are being increased substantially, mine has gone up over $200 and with no added benefits or maintenance. I will not be renewing when it comes time to the renewal date.

I was welcomed with open arms here at Trifecta. Leasing staff are courteous and make sure I have everything I need, no matter how small. Maintenance is top notch and very receptive and timely. The neighborhood is quiet but close to shopping and all of your daily needs. I love living here so far!

Trifecta Belmar is an awesome place to live. I needed a one bedroom apartment quickly and was in a huge rush. Chloe and Emma were so understanding and helpful. I was able to get into a lease within 2 days. Once I got to that apartment, I had a really noisy neighbor. The management team handled it with grace and although I ended up moving to a different apartment, Chloe found me a nicer apartment for a reasonable price. The amenities are awesome, their maintenance crew fixes issues quickly, and the area is wonderful. Love living here!

It really depends on the unit you get. They have a apt that has it's own garage so in that case yes it's part of the rent I believe. Otherwise a garage and covered parking is extra, they also have uncovered parking too. Hope that helps.
