Can’t believe you haven’t fixed all the pot holes in the parking lots, the weeds look like bushes. Someone needs to address these problems!!! Does your property manager look around the complex. You should really walk around and see how bad it is.

My first review was good but the longer I’m here the lower the review. I have had to email the leasing office every month about some fees showing up on my account. Trash fee went up $8 from the prior month- I’m not talking the valet trash which I was told had gone up but I asked about where the notice was for that I got nothing. Anyways my trash- went up almost $8 from prior month- no explanation given when I asked. Also I have some energy fee that’s not been on there before. I know things are going up but legally the landlord’s are to let their tenants know of price increases.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Hamptons. The apartments have a lot of natural light, a fireplace , spacious layout and can’t bear the location next to Bear Creek trail. I had a pleasant experience with the leasing office before I moved in and maintenance has always been quick to respond. When I first moved in (in June) we had issues with our air conditioner. I contacted the office through the maintenance portal online and someone came out the next day to look at it. They determined it needed replacing and I had a new air conditioner within the week. In the meantime they brought over a portable. We’ve had a lot of snow this past January and February and the staff has been on top of snow removal each time. Any time I’ve had any issue, it’s been addressed in a timely manner. I do know they have bouts of busy periods in the summer so patience is needed. This is an older complex and the windows really need replacing but that being said natural light is important to me so it’s not the worst thing. Neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. All in all nice place to live and am happy with my choice!

I am so happy that I found the Hamptons! In my past experiences, finding an apartment was like finding a new car at a dealership.. scary, dishonest, and doesn't really listen to what you want, more like they care more about the commission than the actual persons needs or wants. Hanna in the front office has been so helpful, reassuring, kind, has even sent me over more information before I had asked for it! Hanna asked me my price range, kept in contact with me, made sure my needs an wants were met (I really wanted a 3rd floor apartment not facing another apartment or the street) an not dismissed (like a dealership), she also sent over all the information from our tour to my email so I can go back and remember all the things I liked after I've gone to other apartment complexes to tour. The Hamptons is really lucky to have Hanna as a Leasing Professional. Touring, applying, paying fees online has never been easier, I also appreciate how there are no hidden fees - as she listed my estimated amount of utilities and other monthly bills. I even had the chance to meet Joelle the assistant manager, Shannon the community manager and the maintenance supervisor which they were all incredibly nice it seems like they really care about their residents. I'm confident in my choice for my new home. Thank you again team Hamptons, I m so excited to live at such a wonderful property!
