Not even social workers can get a hold of the irs to tell them they are sending a child tax credit to someone that don't have custody of the child the state does?

i hope someone else helps answer the question, but i tried to go last Wednesday during open hours, and they were closed. However, i was able to order my transcripts on the phone for 2018-19, and they arrived on schedule (around 5 days). Hope this helped.
