Nick is a great asset to the team here! He greets you with a smile daily. He's also very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and cares alot about the comfort of your stay. During my 3 week stay, I witnessed him treat everyone with the same kindness and professionalism, he's really a favorite! I requested extra sheets to my room when he wasn't working and they never came (sure it was a mistake) but when I asked him they were delivered within 5 mins!!! Overall my stay was awesome and mostly due to Nick!

Room was nice and clean. Nice location. Close to mall and stores and food. Quiet and peaceful. Lastly, we loved Nick at the front desk!!!! Everytime he was working and we came through he greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. We loved his energy and he was also the main reason for this 5 star review.

This hotel is very well done. The rooms are very well laid out and spacious. The hotel staff is amazing, there is a front desk employee that checked me in that is wonderful and so helpful my entire stay! I am here for work so I have been working very long hours and sleeping right up until I have to leave. Which brings me to the reason I am leaving three stars. The breakfast is seriously just… gross. This hotel was chosen specifically because it had a breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are a soggy, the muffins and bagels were so hard! I didn’t even try the oatmeal, because on Friday I saw some kiddo stick his fingers in it. During the week breakfast is pulled out at 9 am… sometimes.. yesterday it was still out at 9:15 and today at 8:59 it was gone. Thankfully there is a Starbucks in the Super Target at the mall. (That is within walking distance). I think there is a lot to be worked on in this department. Everything else was great.

I decided to stay here because it was not too far from Meow Wolf, there were stores and restaurants nearby and it was affordable. It did not disappoint. The front desk employee Nick was amazing. He was friendly, professional and so helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although they don't have the cleaning staff available all the time it wasn't an issue and I stayed 3 days. If I needed anything I'd just ask the front desk. We plan on more trips to Denver in the future and we will stay here again. Thank you so much!
