Firehouse has always been my go to place for a great sub. This is my first time at this location and I am extremely alarmed at the level of unsanitary conditions here. I only ate firehouse yesterday and got food poisoning. Normally I wouldn't even consider firehouse to be the cause but considering that's all I had and with how dirty the store was its sad to say. It'll be awhile before I return to another firehouse....

Lots of parking, helpful staff, great subs. Also got some plastic pickles buckets (part of a charity event). Good eating, good service.

I would like to start off by saying that this is the first time I have ever gone out of my way to give negative feedback on a restaurant. Firehouse (Union one location). I was picking up 2 subs for my pregnant wife and I and all she cared about was getting pickles (cravings). I ordered them upfront at the cash register, along with the subs (even though I know you guys usually put them in regardless) and the worker acknowledged me and it was even on my receipt. When my order was ready, I asked again to a different worker if the pickles were included and he said "yes, they're in there." As I was leaving, I heard one of the employees say something about pickles and multiple other employees started laughing. I didn't think anything of it until I got home and to my dismay, there were no pickles included. I'm not sure what prompted this rude behavior by your employees or they're blatant disrespect to me, but they obviously knew they didn't have pickles and lied straight to my face and then proceeded to laugh about it as I was walking out. I am a St. Anthony's employee who used your store frequently but I will be avoiding this location from now on. I will also be letting my colleagues know of the complete disrespect and rudeness that I experienced as a customer at your store.

I used to love Firehouse subs. But now that they have a different crew there is a lot left to be desired. I spent $26 for two sandwiches and I couldn't even eat mine. It was so smothered with hot mustard that the meat slid off the sandwich. I couldn't taste anything but mustard. It was horrible. So the only thing I can take away from this visit is heart burn and I'm still hungry.
