False advertising. Nothing looks like pictures in their advertising it is dirty, undesirable clientele walking around in evening. Broken glass in parking lot. I checked in earlier in day and got back from pool tournament to sleep after office closed. Found room had been smoked in, some trash left in room trash can. I reserved non-smoking room and couldn't stay due to allergies. Left key in room and called desk in morning to check out and let them know. "There isn't anything we can do about someone smoking in room, this is non smoking facility, they probably lost their deposit and we didn't have time to abate the smoke smell before you checked in." What! I do not recommend staying here ever. I would rather sleep in my car, at least it is clean.

This place is awesome, the rate is fantastic for the room that I have, The staff is pretty nice but the best person on the staff is definitely a young lady named Becky! She has Red hair, so if you had to deal with anybody there I would definitely recommend her, she is extremely polite, professional and courteous.

Last minute booking through Hotels.com. Charged me full price. Had NO available/working rooms for me to stay. They PROMISED me a refund of my payment after being there ONE HOUR trying to find a room for me. PROMISED the manager would call. Manager Rahj never called. Never got a room. Never got a refund. Front desk staff is friendly, but not able to do anything. Samantha is is manager on site -- super nice and capable, but somehow not able push the button for a refund of NEVER STAYING in a room. When I arrived they showed me a room which was strongly a smoking room - Samantha stated they were "changing over all the rooms to non-smoking, but that one didn't get deodorized yet." Next room: clean, but toilet did not flush - at all. Tank was leaking. Third room: my key and the next front desk clerk, (Mike) key did not open the room - thought was that the exterior lock was frozen. This all took 1 hour 10 minutes - no usable room to stay in. Charged on my credit card without refund. Messages left to management - credit card dispute... still was charged. Front desk people helpful. Manager is obviously not helpful; hotel is not up to any standard and obviously they have no issue swindling people.

Horrible experience, the front desk girl sent me to a room the key wasn’t working i went back and she gave me a different room with a different key, still didn’t work! 2 different rooms and I’m exhausted and couldn’t get in to any of them, went back to the front desk and she gave me a 3rd room all the way to the opposite side of the building I was able to get into the room but the room was unsanitary, dirty bathroom with dirty table and dirty electric stove. I told the front desk and she saw the pictures I took at 8:53pm she sent a maintenance guy to go clean and i sent my husband and he caught the maintenance guy cleaning with a blue liquid and then they took pictures saying the room was spotless when indeed was so disgusting. I asked for a refund since I wasn’t going to sleep on there dirty sheets either and they denied it. I left and stayed somewhere else. Will be reporting them to the state

No, I actually had the same question so I called ahead and was denyed. They seem to be fairly adamant about the 3 o'clock check in.

No, it is not, but there's a coffee station out every morning in the lobby
