Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We walked in to an empty restaurant. We were promptly sat and drink order taken. Nothing was friendly or inviting. Our drinks were dropped off at the table with no words being said or exchanged. I got one refill on fries. Burgers were unseasoned and tasteless. Mac and cheese was watery and also tasteless. This is now the third red Robin with similar experiences. Will not be returning to any location any time soon.

Used to be our favorite place. Our Burgers had no taste whatsoever like they weren’t even seasoned at all. Only a smear of guacamole on my burger. The waitress was a little rude seemed very unhappy doing her job. No smile, no hello. Sat the drinks on the table and walked off. So disappointed. Won’t be coming back. Prices increased quality of food and service has gone down tremendously

I ordered a small Donato's pepperoni pizza and zucchini fries using ActiveMenus. The link was super easy to follow. The food was hot and ready to pick up right on time. The pizza was awesome. But the zucchini fries were a bit soggy by the time I got them home. I guess they don't travel well, but they still tasted good.

I was excited to go to this location cause it looked trendy from the outside. The art work throughout the restaurant was cool. The server was the only one on the whole side though. She was managing about 12 tables. We didn't order until about 20 minutes after we arrived. The restroom floors we very sticky and when getting close to the restroom area there was a funky smell. The food on the other hand was GREAT! I ordered a Sand in Your Pants drink but it was very sweet. There were these Jalapeño caps that were AMAZING! The Mad Love burger was super tasty! All in all the food was great, the art work was nice but the location was dirty, sticky and smelly. We'll go to Red Robin again just not that one.
