I am a brigadier, first responder and was very disapointed in the service at your lakewood location.Not only was the woman rude but we could hear her talkibg about co workers and a argument she had with the co worker. Disapointed !

That's not typical. Usually nice employees. I go at least once a week and never experienced that.
