Moved here last year in February and I can say I love it! Definitely will be staying here longer. Love the lake view. I had a bunch of spider webs in my skylights last weekend and maintenance got on it right away! Thank you! Office staff always does their best to help with whatever needed. If I could give this 10 stars I would!!!

We loved living here as newlyweds!! There are wonderful views of the lake from your patio and the place was newly remodeled!! It is in the heart of Lakewood and close to everything, while still having nature out your back door!! We loved it!!

This is the most disgusting place I have ever lived. Amanda, the office manager, is the rudest and most unprofessional individual I have ever met in a leasing office and she should not be working in the leasing office if she cannot have respectful communication with tenants and neglects to do her job. She refused packages for my unit on multiple occasions. There is a cockroach infestation in the building that goes ignored and remains unresolved, creating an unsanitary and uninhabitable living environment. The shared laundry facilities are also disgusting, filthy and smell rotten. Other residents throw your clothing out of the machines and onto the floor to do their own laundry, clothing gets stolen. Packages that are left in building 3 in the hallway by the leasing office in front of the Amazon Hub get stolen by thieves living in building 3. They literally just drag your packages up the elevator into their apartment unit. I'm surrounded by families who allow their children to scream all night and all day. They have no respect for others living around them and you can hear right through the walls. You cannot control your thermostat, only the heat is available for most of the year and then only the air conditioning is available for the remainder of the year and the air system works very poorly. The vents get caked with dirt and the leasing office refuses to make basic repairs like repairing the peeling bathtub. The office staff are straight slumlords and I do not recommend moving into this apartment complex, you will regret it. You cannot even get in contact with the management company, Greystar. Your calls go straight to voicemail and will go unreturned because their employees "are working remotely from home." I have no choice but the escalate this to external agencies such as the health department and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

I moved here in July 2021 for a good rate. It is an older complex and the residents and staff are friendly, but many issues have arisen in my 6 months living here. The main water line broke in October and there have been endless pressure and temperature issues with the water ever since. The maintenance staff has been overwhelmed with this so they haven't been able to fix these issues for many residents, and a lot of service requests have fallen through the cracks. The power has also gone out several times, and the laundry card system breaks so it makes doing laundry difficult (no in-unit laundry). They recently did exterior and interior renovations which makes the place look nice (except for the mustard yellow paint on the patios), but it constantly smells like stale cigarette smoke in the entryways and hallways. I think this will be a nice complex in 5 years as they put more work into it, but it is in rough shape today. Some pluses are that rent is not too expensive compared to the rest of the Denver market, it is walking distance to the Belmar plaza and nearby parks, and there is a nice pond with some wildlife out back and catch-and-release fishing.
