Best apartment complex that I have lived at. The entire staff from maintenance to front office, shows that they really care about you and not just your money. Problems are fixed quickly by maintenance and they are the friendliest maintenance crew I've ever met. Shawn and his crew are one of a kind. Very dog-friendly, residents are friendly, nice park right next to the complex. Also very quiet at night. Parking is never an issue. I'll miss this place and am very thankful for my time here.

This is a beautiful apartment complex! I toured the apartments on a Saturday and the grounds are beautiful, there are incredible views towards Downtown Denver, and it's very evident that the leasing staff truly cares about their tenants! As the leasing agent was sharing information about available rooms, a couple of residents came in to request packages/had questions and she was so so kind. I put my name on the waitlist *just because* of the phenomenal service + great community! This is by far one of the best complexes and customer service I've experienced---special attention goes to Trina for being amazing!!! If you're considering this place, trust your gut and say yes to this place

10 years ago, I lived in Americanan apartment. My family has had a very pleasant living experience there. Especially, staffs in Americana are very friendly. Their services are excellent. I miss the peaceful life in Americana Lakewood Apartment!

I've lived here for 4 years now since my move across the country and it truly is a great apartment complex. The prices are fair, neighborhood is very nice and close to everything, and apartments are nice. The best part is the office staff though. It makes it SO much easier when you have attentive and kind office staff. All my maintenance requests were handled very quickly and anytime I called, they pick right up and are willing to help. I will be sad to leave, only reason we are moving is to a bigger house. Definitely recommend it!
