The building is one large empty room with 2 wood desks and 15 black chairs in the middle. This is the most sketchy testing facility I have ever walked into. Employees were not wearing any sort of uniform just in jeans and Ed hardy t-shirts. When I gave my sample I was told to just close it. It was not sealed closed like a urgent care or any other testing facility where I am usually asked to put my initials on the seal. I think they just got approved for their licenses and threw chairs and a desk inside and called it a business. I’m not sure how they are legally even in business it is by far the most ghetto testing place I have even been inside in 35 years.

The worst experience of my entire life it’s ridiculous the sign says it opens at 7:30 the employees don’t show up until 10 people that work here completely Disrespectful and unprofessional this place is definitely a joke. None of the website numbers work and you can never get in contact with anyone that works for this company this place needs to be investigated

Nobody. Ever. Answers. The. Phone. Not at the Addison or Arlington facilities. I am an employer with workers who have outstanding badges, and we are located in Irving, so it's really inconvenient to have to actually drive to the facility because nobody answers the phones to give us a status update. 2 employees have been waiting for badges since the end of June. Ever since they changed their processes in 2020, working with this company has been a nightmare.
