The lead mover assured me that all would go well, “you’re in good hands.” They didn’t protect the floor at the new house (even though I brought it up) and I have multiple scratches on the wood floor. We have some items missing, some broken furniture, they didn’t assemble everything again (my daughter’s headboard was just leaning against her bed), we had to search for the handles to the fridge, found a piece to the table in the gutter. They were quick to take the tip (we should have looked around first) and get out of here, but when we called almost immediately after they drove to ask where something was, no answer on his cell phone. In fact, they still haven’t called me back. I got a hold of the office and was passed the claims phone number. Not our first move by far, and certainly not the best.

This company was the worst I’ve ever use to move. 1. I made my reservations with an Amex card. When the movers arrived 3 days later for the move they told me I had to provide them with a different card because they didn’t accept Amex cards. 2. During the reservation they did not disclose that there’s a 5% fee to use any cards until they arrived for the move. 3. My reservations for the move was 12pm - 3pm. The movers arrived at 3:15pm. 4. Movers were unprofessional. They arrived wearing flip flops just not equipped to perform a move. 5. The movers utilized 8 hours plus to move a 2 bedroom Apt that was already fully packed. 6. Movers did a poor job packing the storage unit. 15% of items did not fit. Had to hire other people the next day to move everything from one unit to the next. 7. The movers damaged some furniture. 8. Company only offer to pay $100 for the items broken: shoe rack and a wooden kitchen storage unit. I don’t recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. Stay away people, not worth the additional headache during your move.

If you are talking about some automatic text update, I don't think they can do that. When I use these guys, they did send me status updates via email but not as frequently as I would have liked. When the truck was on its way, I started getting phone message updates from the truck driver, but his ETA were just guesses. It was "we will be there tomorrow" for 5 straight days before they actually showed up. Note that your destination must be accessible by 18 wheeler truck or you will get charged a large fee to transfer to a smaller truck. ( they did warn me about this ahead of time).
