I moved from the Dallas TX. area recently. My Daughter hired your company to move my items. I Would like to ask you if there is any way for me to Receive updates on the arrival of my items? What is required for me to obtain this?

If you are talking about some automatic text update, I don't think they can do that. When I use these guys, they did send me status updates via email but not as frequently as I would have liked. When the truck was on its way, I started getting phone message updates from the truck driver, but his ETA were just guesses. It was "we will be there tomorrow" for 5 straight days before they actually showed up. Note that your destination must be accessible by 18 wheeler truck or you will get charged a large fee to transfer to a smaller truck. ( they did warn me about this ahead of time).

Let me look on my email and see if I still have their number but it's been almost a year since my move and when I got my stuff there was very expensive items broken and irreplaceable and I never received the check they swore they'd sent me so all I can say is good luck with these guys because my end result with them was NOTHING like the one in the beginning and my update is::: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
