It's only quiet up till about 3 not at lunch or dinner in the evening it's packed and very noisy
I find it really interesting that everyone replied no - and I have terrible hearing. My wife and I go to t-street nearly every other Tuesday evening for date night and we never have a hard time talking. If you sit at / near the bar it can be more difficult, but the booths are deep and sit high up to block most of the noise. Maybe my hearing isn't as bad as I thought.
