I went to the Belmar location looking for another doctor but met up with Dr Wolf instead. I am not sure how else to describe the doctor's techniques but I have never been adjusted in this way! I can only describe it as being stretched out and adjusted at the same time. I LOVED it. I may be going to the Belmar location to see Dr Wolf from now on. When I first went to The Joint I had a couple of small issues with front-end staff but after complaining to management the issues were explained more fully and fixed. Since then I have been extraordinarily happy with the service and value. If you need x-rays and a comprehensive "plan" there are more appropriate places to go, and you'll pay for that too. At The Joint though, it's focused on affordable and quick adjustments, they do listen carefully and explain treatment and options, and then take notes in their system so if you go to another office they can quickly catch themselves up. I can comfortably afford to go 2+ times a week now -something I've been hard-pressed to actually do in the past- and it's definitely helping! I am glad I found them!

I've had back pain but felt uneasy about signing up for a contract. I didn't want to have an awkward conversation about cancelling. I felt pressured to sign up for reoccurring visits by the lady at the front desk. It became inconvenient for me to there so I cancelled. The woman at the front desk was so mad and even started to raise her voice. She seemed actually mad and I finally just stopped responding and kept saying I wanted to cancel. It was so uncomfortable that I haven't even looked into another chiropractor. By the way, these sessions are about 7 minutes. I had expected more. I really wish I had a different experience here.
