Superb experience! Helpful staff! Nick went above and beyond to help me get a pinch collar for my big rebel of a dog. He spent a few minutes talking to me about how to use it. I had avoided buying and using this type of collar for so long, when in reality, I would have been smart to use it to train my dog from the get-go. When in town, please support this business! To Arcata Pet Supply, pls get some bumpah stickahs so we can show our support for you folks!

We take the Covid-19 seriously. Following county and state guidelines, masks are required by ALL customers for entry in to the store. We can/do provide disposable masks to those customers who do not have one. All team members wear masks while on the clock. In addition to wearing masks, at the start of each shift all employees get temperature checks. Staff is required to disinfect surfaces between visits. We have provided safety dividers at checkout and have clearly marked spots on the floor to promote social distancing. We offer curbside pickup for those customers who choose to utilize this service. As of 3/19/21 the majority of our staff has received one of the covid-19 vaccines.
