Five stars for the gentleman working front desk nights with all the tattoos. He was always friendly and welcoming. We will be back because of it. The breakfast was hot and decent little selection. Dutch Bros coffee is close by. All kinds of food options...the mall....great location.

We felt welcome. The receptionist was very friendly. There is a nice sitting area in front of the reception where we could sit with our guest. Coffee and tea available the whole day around. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. The room, as well as the bathroom, was nice, spacious and superclean. Coffeemaker with coffee and chocolate drink available in the room. The breakfast was good.

Okay, I might write a review twice a year but this place deserves one for sure! After staying at 4 different hotels in the last 6 months, I was ready to start spending a little more and getting an AirBNB whenever I traveled, but this hotel has really impressed me, especially for the price!! Here are the highlights in just the first two days: 1. Super clean from the lobby to the room to the shower and even the fitness center. It is obvious they have a good team that cares. 2. Front desk has been great from the moment I booked the room from Chicago, got here 4 hours early and they accommodated me ASAP so that I could get some quick rest after traveling. 3. The hot breakfast layout has waffles, excellent little pre-made mini omelets with sausage on the side, lots of coffee, tea and juice choices. Plenty of seating extending far off the lobby and again, CLEAN! 4. The rooms are comfortable, everything is in good working order, the shower is strong and hot, and the climate control in the room will have you at whatever temp you want in just minutes. 5. Brenda and Guillermo at the front desk are the real deal. They both show care and consideration for whatever your concern might be. They went out of there way to help me lower charges after I booked past the cut-off date for a block of rooms for a wedding. Top-notch service with a smile! And if you are looking for a really good restaurant, they can help recommend some of the best food in the area depending on what you have a taste for. I will always stay here when I come back to Denver!

I can't express enough appreciation for the friendly staff during our stay here!! We were planning to leave for the airport after check-out time, but I experienced food poisoning at a local restaurant, so I needed a bit of time to recover. So they graciously allowed us to extend our check-out time by a few hours and offered extra complimentary bottles of water! The building was very nice, clean, comfortable, great breakfast as well!
