Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

This was very disappointing my first time ordering from this place and my last, the quality of the food is just not there. My son's burger had stuff I requested would be excluded, my daughters Mac n cheese noodles were half hard, and lastly my black bean veggie burger was burnt to a crisp literally, I almost broke my tooth on it. No amount of credits or offer to replace our meal would I order from this place again.

Unfortunately I have to update this review and drop it to 2. Twice (out of 4) a part of my order has been forgotten, and once when I pulled around to get my fries they closed 10 minutes early and kept trying to wave me away from the drive through window. They also have an issue of handing over shakes that are coated on the sides, so you have to hope there are napkins to wipe it down, or suffer the scrubbing of sugary mess out of your cup holder. Wish I had taken pics for visual proof for you. (Hindsight 20/20). They have also not served any breakfast for I don't know how long because they seem to not pay a competitive wage (the Del Taco across the street offers $1.50 higher starting... the McD down the street $3), so it is no wonder that they are understaffed. I have always enjoyed Good Times food, especially the wild fries, and at least the quality is still there. I really wish I could rate higher.

Had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and wild fries. Everything was hot and fresh. My only complaint would be how long the drive-thru line took. There were 6 cars in front of me, and the wait was 19 minutes in line until food completion. I did go right at peak lunchtime (12:29-12:48) however at this time there should have been burgers on the grill ready to take off as orders are complete to help expedite the line.

This place was delicious and so convenient for the hotel we're staying at this week! The chicken strips were good and the fries were very yummy! I loved their advertising pun! Only negative comment is that he said our food would be ready in 90 seconds but it took 10 mins. Still yummy though!
