I haven't had an incorrect order from a McDonald's in a long time. I hope whoever ordered these two Mcdoubles with no picked no onion is enjoying the two plain quarter pounders I ordered for my dog. She does not like katsup and mustard, I mean really who does like katsup, disgusting. Bootsie says she doesn't want to go back to this McDonald's anymore, so now wee have to leave for the vets office even earlier to stop a different McDonald's. 😒

This is our favorite location. They recently reopened the indoor dining and play land. It appears they have a new playland. The kiosks are nice to order and customize your meal with delivery to your table. The same gentleman has been taking care of keeping the eating areas clean and sanitary. He does an excellent job! They also have antibacterial wipes dispenser. They are very quick getting orders ready and haven't had any mistakes to our orders in a while. They do have locked keypad on the bathrooms.. And you need to ask to be remote buzzed in one if you need to go. The new play land area is wide open with glass window views all around. There is a nice view of the mountains. It has not felt hot or stuffy in there at all as that is where we sit while my kids play.

Went to this location around 11:20pm Saturday 3/19. There were about 5-6 cars in line and it was going pretty slow, but figured they were short staffed. Waited in line for about thirty minutes before deciding to pull around. When we pulled around, they had a closed for maintenance sign in the cashier window and there were about 4 or 5 employees in that area sitting and chitchatting. Everybody knows McDonald’s has drive thru cams so I just think it’s really unprofessional and disrespectful to let people sit in line when you can see then and also just put the sign on the drive thru menu so people know??? It seemed like people were ordering and moving forward so it just seemed slow, but in reality people were just giving up. We ended up driving around to let everyone know and we don’t even work there.

You’ll get the food you’d expect at McDonald’s you just have to deal with some almost mean attitudes from some of the guys that work the drive through line. At both windows. I use the app and have almost a 100,000 points just because I don’t know how to use them but I couldn’t get any help there so I just gave up on that. the guy at the second window pretty much through my food through the window and when I got it in my hands he was still forcefully pushing and never said one word the whole time and slammed the window closed! The only reason I gave two stars is because I did get the food I ordered Mabe a bit smashed but still got it.
