So went through the drive thru and the sweetest girl took our order and gave us our food. Today Monday the 13th of june. The receipt doesn't give us her name but thank you for being so kind and sweet! Doesn't happen very often anymore!

I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and they messed up my order and gave me something different I called to let them know and the guy was nice about it he told me to go back when I had a chance so I did and when I went back the person at the window told me to let them get the manager and I said that it was fine I can wait and when she came to the window she was really rude and arguing with me that she clearly heard my order and I heard her say to the employees to give me what i wanted really snaughty and then she didn’t even apologize for the mistake and had the employee hand me the food…

I love Arby's have for years, however I am not happy that they have discontinued serving their well known potato cakes. One of the worst choices Arby has made I wish they would bring them back. There isn't any other fast food chain that serves the exact potato cake anywhere.☹️☹️Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Tina.
