Good afternoon Sarif, all memory foam beds typically do not CAUSE back pain just not all of them give enough support to those of us that need it. An all foam product does an amazing job dealing with pressure point issues (shoulder pain, hip pain, waking up with pins and needles in the fingers, tossing and turning, etc...) however if the product uses a low density foam you can find yourself with a lack of back support. Memory foam toppers are just that they are designed to give you more pressure relief on the product you already own. They will never fix lower and upper back support issues. If your experiencing those pains most recommend replacing your bed. My suggestion is to stop in and see if a all foam product is right for you.
