We have been our home dorm going on 7 months, 1 thing on the "punch list was corrected" we have also had issues with our well and have been trying to get some to fix it. The handyman they had come look at sent the information to them two weeks again and no one fixed this issue. We'll today the pump stopped working and I'm currently sitting in my house with no water. The do not have an after hours contact for emergencies such as this. I will make sure everyone I know or anyone that will listen to never use Jen homes. They have only two people that handle warranty claims and they are very slow to fix these issue. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I bought through Jen Homes and my house was completed in March of 2020; Aleida and the staff were extremely helpful throughout the process, helped me throughout my journey of building my first home, they were responsive with service related issues and always ensured things were addressed. Aleida has helped me answer all sorts of questions for years to come, even as recent as this past week. I have been able to recommend friends who successfully built homes through them as well and they all have had a decent experience as well.
