Excellent customer service for new hookup. Paul and Michael were very efficient in the hookup and then totally helpful and accommodating in explaining the wi-fi system and making sure all our devices were up and running.

Very expensive, and ABSOLUTELY THE WORST service imaginable! On the Treasure Coast we had Comcast Xfinity- for about $100/month we had EXCELLENT RELIABLE FAST internet AND TELEVISION. Here in Ocala it's nearly $100/month for internet and phone- but service is on & off throughout the day, nearly EVERY day, and often when it comes back, the phone DOES NOT. I'd like to CANCEL the phone service, and increase the speed of internet, but the Bridgenet website has NO USEFUL information at all- only requests for payment (for services only partially delivered). This community is BADLY in need of 21st Century INTERNET SERVICE, and Bridgenet is NOT IT.

My first years with bridgenet werent great which is why the good changes have been so noticeable. The office staff are now nice, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. If I call and leave a message - i now get a call back. Outages rarely happen - even with all the construction. And rates have stayed the same while the world has gone crazy.

When a telemarketer initiates a call they can spoof any number they want to. Even the one they are calling. Don't answer as with other telemarketers.
It comes in the mail every month. I Dont think you can view it online.
That happens a lot actually. One day you will have the speed you pay for, the next it will be super slow.
